No. While you are on Essentials or Growth, Max is included in the plan. Without a growth plan, Max stays a regular monthly subscription you can cancel or downgrade.

The website channel: search visibility from Search Console, traffic and leads from GA4, ad spend and cost per lead, the posts we published and the plan for next month. What counts as a lead is agreed in writing at kickoff, so the numbers mean the same to both of us.
No. The budget is paid to Google directly. The growth plans include managing up to $3,000 a month in ad spend; above that, management is quoted separately.

Prices are in USD. The plan is billed monthly in the app. 50% of one-time work before we start, the rest on delivery. The growth plan is billed monthly, or 12 months upfront with 10% off. Out-of-scope work is $60/hour, approved in writing first.
